Instructions for Submitting Image & Information: After you check out, please use the form link below to submit your student image and information. If that does not work, you can email your information directly to us at art@jasonhogandesigns.com. Please make sure to include your student name, graduating school, and high resolution image. If a response is not received within 24-48 hours, a member of our art team will reach out for this information.

Once the information is received, we create a digital proof of your design for your approval. You can make any changes needed, but we will not print your design unless you have approved it. For any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Please Note: Standard, Dots, and Gradual Fade designs templates can be color customized based on the school or customer preference. Wood and Floral have set backgrounds. We cannot offer custom messages on yard signs due to limited size.
