At Jason Hogan Designs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Because many of our products may be custom-made or personalized, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Orders where the customer approved the design before production

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
