CCS Customer-Supplied Items for Decoration (Read Below)

Have your own uniform shirts that need a CCS logo? We've got you covered! We understand that many families already have uniform apparel they love. You may submit your own new or like-new uniform shirts to be professionally embroidered with the official CCS logo.

Ordering Instructions:

Add the total number of items you are submitting to your cart (pricing is per item).

Item Submission Instructions:

• Turn all items in to the CCS Office.
• Please place each item in an individual bag labeled with the student's name and order number.
• Items must be new or in like-new condition, clean, and ready for embroidery.
• Uniform items will be embroidered in the same style as the apparel offered in the CCS online store.
• Any items that cannot be matched to an order or do not meet these requirements will be returned unprocessed.
  

Note: Customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure quality, Jason Hogan Designs (JHD) is not responsible for misprints, staining, heat-related damage, manufacturer defects, fading after washing, or other issues that may occur during production. Damaged customer-owned items cannot be replaced or reimbursed.
