Instructions for Submitting Image & Information: After you check out, please check your order confirmation email. On that email under the item name, you will see a link to submit your student image and information on an online form (form is also linked below for convenience). If that does not work, you can email your information directly to us at art@jasonhogandesigns.com. Please make sure to include your student name, graduating school, high resolution images, color scheme, theme ideas, and your special message. If a response is not received within 24-48 hours, a member of our art team will reach out for this information.

Once the information is received, we create a digital proof of your design for your approval. You can make any changes needed, but we will not print your design unless you have approved it. For any questions, please feel free to contact us.
