SSF/PRF Customer-Supplied Items for Decoration (Read Below)

Have your own apparel or products? We understand that some employees have preferred brands, styles, or garments they already own. This option allows you to have those items professionally decorated using the same artwork, imprint process, and quality standards as the rest of your corporate apparel program, giving you a consistent branded look while wearing the apparel you prefer. DTF decoration only.

Ordering Instructions:

Enter the total quantity of customer supplied items you are submitting for decoration. Pricing is per item and includes two (2) imprints. This option is available for DTF decoration only. We can accept polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, vests, hats, and other similar corporate apparel in most any fabric type.

Item Submission Instructions:

• Customer-supplied items must be delivered to Nikki Sullens before the store closing date to allow time for processing.
• Items must be new or in like-new condition and suitable for decoration.
• Please place each employee's order in a separate bag and clearly label it with the customer's name and order number.
• Nikki will coordinate one bulk delivery of all customer-supplied items to Jason Hogan Designs for decoration.
• Do not have items shipped directly to Jason Hogan Designs without prior approval.
• Any items that cannot be matched to a customer's order, are not properly labeled, or do not meet these requirements will be returned unprocessed.

Note: Customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure quality, Jason Hogan Designs (JHD) is not responsible for misprints, staining, heat-related damage, manufacturer defects, fading after washing, or other issues that may occur during production. Damaged customer-owned items cannot be replaced or reimbursed.
